Hospitality, food, dormitory are good in all respect it is a good hotel value for the money. It is in a prime location best suitable for transportation to visit nearby historical places. Staff also well supportive.

Facilities substandard. Old stained towel. No tea or coffee in the room. No complementary water bottles supplied.

Customer service very poor. Had to make numerous calls before request was met. Very poor communication skills. Even the manager didn't want listen to request. Eating area very filthy and oily table surface.
